No ad scanning
MAD Mail doesn't show ads and doesn't run your mail through Google or an ad network. Paid plans fund the product.
AI on your device
The on-device AI features are designed to run in your browser with WebGPU, so the message body stays on your machine. Optional cloud AI on Growth and Pro uses your own key and only when you turn it on.
AI Cleanup, explained
AI Cleanup groups mail by signals like age, read status, size, duplicates and no-reply senders, then suggests archive or trash. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
Mail on infrastructure we run
Your @madmonkey.media mailbox is hosted on MAD Monkey Media's own mail server. It's standard IMAP, so you can export your mail any time.
Secure sign-in
You sign in through MAD Login at accounts.madmonkey.media. Your session lives in an HttpOnly cookie on inbox.madmonkey.media, and the site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords must be at least 12 characters.
Payments by Stripe
Checkout is handled by Stripe. MAD Mail never sees or stores your card number.
Verified custom domains
A domain is only attached to your account after you prove you own it with a DNS record, and the add-on is enforced on our server, not just in the browser.
Internal admin access
Admin tools such as the internal mailbox directory are limited to MAD Monkey Media administrators.
